There are no longer any new home communities in and around Golden, but there are two newish home communities on the outskirts of Golden that have some good options for families looking for a new home close to Golden or Arvada.
The first community was built by Lennar in 2016, right off W 58th avenue and highway 93, about 4 miles north of downtown Golden. This community is called Table Rock Ridge. Table Rock Ridge borders highway 93, but has good mountain views, access to paved trails, mountain biking and hiking trails, and some great parks. This community is almost entirely built out, with a few resale homes now appearing on the market.
White Ranch Open Space and North Table Mountain are both near this home development. Prices start in the mid 700’s for a ranch model, and go up from there.
These homes come with unfinished basements, but often include amenities that other builders do not. For a complete list of models and prices, feel free to give us a call.
The Gardens at Table Mountain is a community built by Ryland Homes, and the last phase is was built by Cal Atlantic near McIntyre Rd and 50th ave, just North of highway 58, 4 miles east of Golden. This community is growing quickly with a few units left available.
This community of homes is also located near North Table Mountain Open Space, shopping, trails and more. There are both ranch models and two story models, starting in the low 600’s and up. The smallest ranch plan is approximately 1700sq ft for a 2 bedroom, and the two story models can be as large at 3000 sq ft.
Both of these communities are located within the Jefferson County School District.
For more information on either of these communities, or for a tour, feel free to give us a call at The Fox Group at 720-891-5751.
