There are two New home communities on the outskirts of Golden that have some good options for families looking for a new home close to Golden or Arvada.
The first community is being built by Lennar, right off W 58th avenue and highway 93, about 4 miles north of downtown Golden. This community is called Table Rock Ridge. Table Rock Ridge borders highway 93, but has good mountain views, access to paved trails, mountain biking and hiking trails, and some great parks. This community is almost entirely built out, with a few resale homes now appearing on the market.
White Ranch Open Space and North Table Mountain are both near this home development. Prices start in the low 400’s for a ranch model, and go up from there.
