Homes near The School of Mines and Downtown Golden
There are several home communities near downtown Golden. One of the most affordable neighborhoods close to downtown Golden and The School of Mines is an area of homes just south of 19th St. between Illinois St. and Jackson St. In this group of homes, you will find just about everything from townhomes, to small cottages, ranches, and bi-level homes, as well as some newer homes as well.
This neighborhood has done well the past several years, primarily because so few of these homes come on the market. This neighborhood is so popular because of its access to downtown Golden and its close proximity to The School of Mines. It is also close to hiking and biking trails, parks, and Fossil Trace Golf Course as well.
