Eagle Ridge/Stonebridge Neighborhood Golden CO

Eagle Ridge comprises of 3 different neighborhoods including Eagle Ridge, Stonebridge, and Lakota Hills.  Lakota Hills was built first and is comprised of 2 story and Tri-Level homes staring in the low to high 400’s and go up from there.  As you get into the neighborhood a bit, you will access the Stonebridge and Eagle Ridge areas.  These homes are newer, and larger and range in price from the mid 600’s up to the 800’s depending on the size of home, lot, and open space access.  You will find Ranch and Two Story homes in these neighborhoods ranging from 2200 sq ft on up.

Heritage Dells is a great neighborhood in Golden that was built in the late 1970’s early 1980’s.  It is popular with families and outdoor enthusiasts because of its proximity to downtown Golden (3 miles) and the Apex Open Space Park with hiking and mountain biking trails right next to the subdivision.

Its parks and trails  and access to Shelton Elementary make this an ideal family location.  Prices vary from the high 500’s to the mid 600’s for most homes in this subdivision.  There are Tri Level and 2 Story homes scattered throughout the neighborhood.   Many of these homes have great mountain views as well.  I have several friends in this neighborhood and have sold several houses here.   My friends absolutely love this neighborhood and its access to so many great things.  The Colorado Mills Shopping Mall and lots of great restaurants are literally a couple miles away, along easy access to all the main highways leading to Denver and the mountains including Highway 6, Highway 470, and Highway 70.  The W line light rail is within a mile as well.
